Skills

You must have at least 3+ Yrs. experience and track record of designing award winning, innovative web sites. Your work directly influenced the success of the sites and services with proven user numbers. You are an extremely creative and fully immersed in the web and online world and communities. You are familiar with all the latest popular and quirky web applications. 

Most importantly, your approach is user centric, your designs are cutting edge, clean but extremely user friendly and simple. You are a master of UI and navigation and have proven track record with understanding how to abstract complex functionalities and processes into simple and effective web designs and flow. You are dynamic and enthusiastic and a enjoy working in a team.
