We are looking for Microsoft certified engineer that has experience in implementing, maintaining, migrating and supporting Microsoft platforms. The person will be responsible for launching technological point of presence for our subsidiary in Poland. This function will be coupled with customer technical support responsibility. Our subsidiary in Poland is a new company. We are starting to build technical team that within next year will count up to 12 people. The person will have opportunity to become a teams manager/director. Our business approach is unique in the market and the niche that we fill is extremely dynamic. We would like the person that takes that position to help grow the business in Poland and be strong pillar for the growing organization.

Skills

This professional should have experience and be trained on key Microsoft technologies: 

• Windows Server 2003 or 2008 (preferred) 
• Exchange 2003 or 2007 
• SharePoint 2007 (advantage/optional) 
• Office Communications Server (advantage/optional): 
a. „Implementing and Maintaining Audio/Visual Conferencing and Web Conferencing Using Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007” 
b. „Implementing and Maintaining Telephony Using Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007” 
• HMC 4.5 training (advantage/optional) 
• CSF L400 hand-on training (advantage/optional) 
• familiarity with Microsoft development tools, .NET and Visual Studio, XML Web Services (advantage/optional) 
• Optionally Dynamics CRM (advantage/optional) 

Other requirements: 
• 3 years work experience 
• very good Polish language skills
