Senior HR professional required to lead the implementation of both HR and Corporate initiatives with multi functional and multi country responsibilities; Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania & Russia.
Core Responsibilities
•Act as a Business Partner in Germany & Central Eastern Europe
•Provides leadership of a regional HR team
•Improve HR service provision in Germany & Central Eastern Europe
•Implementation of Global HR initiatives; Success Factors, Rewards & Recognition, HR Portal & Self Service
•Coaching & advising Managers on performance management
•Ensuring effective implementation of corporate policies & processes within the region
•Maintain current knowledge & expertise in HR and applicable industry including country specific regulations, competitive and trend information
Skills
Proven experience in leading a HR team
International HR experience, preferably in Central Eastern Europe
Experience as a point of contact for the Workers Council
Proven operational experience, preferably in a HR generalist role
