REGIONAL DIRECTOR - CONSUMER MARKET at VODAFONE ROMANIA
Job DescriptionRole: To design and execute the regional sales strategy for allocated region in order to deliver on the national strategies for consumer sales. Responsibilities: - Involved in developing regional consumer sales strategy in accordance to the marketing objectives - Achieve and exceed business sales targets for indirect sales channel in Region. - Ensure appropriate Vodafone Brand representation in region for the assigned sales channel; - Administrate and recommend budget for his/her area of accountability according to identified business needs. - Execute and control expenses against the budget, department objectives and business rules - Oversee regional sales strategies, indirect sales procedures according with national indirect sales channel strategies - Ensure interdepartmental and intradepartmental communication and cooperation. - Ensure a consistent customer experience for indirect sales channel according with company strategic objectives. - Build and maintain a working environment that stimulates high performance culture. - Ensure administrative support to regional sales office. - Lead, coach and develop the regional business sales team and ensure its high performance. - Act as regional ambassador of VF-RO at strategic level for both business community and corporate social responsibility aspects. Skills - University degree; - min. 2 years of experience in management of indirect sales; - Proven background in managing indirect sales plan & results for designated region. - Fluency in English & Computer Literacy. Personal Abilities: - A very good understanding and passion for customers. - A strong results focus and ability to delegate well and deliver through others-a good tracker for delivering results; - A natural leader of people – someone who commands respect and inspires people to follow; - A decisive and strong leader who remains focused, calm and motivational under severe operational and commercial pressure. |
