Operator Partnerships Manager – Nordics at Netsize
Job DescriptionYou will be managing the marketing, business development relationships and contractual schemes with Mobile Operators in the Nordic countries. This will require working closely with Operator Partnerships department at group level as well as with other Netsize Operator Partner Managers in Europe. You will be part of an international company in a very dynamic environment. The organisation works virtually across countries and you will be part of a broader international team and the local team in Sweden. You will be in charge of the Operator Partnership Administrator and will work closely with the Technical Operator Partnership Manager. Both are located in Sweden. Focus of the Mission: • Develop strong relationships with the Mobile Operators in the respective markets. • Initiate regular (bi-monthly to quarterly) meetings with Mobile Operators to anticipate, understand and analyze their 3rd party offers and strategies. • Own the roadmap for your market(s) (3 to 6 months forward planning expected). • Implement Netsize Pricing Policy for the operator offers you are in charge of and manage closely the costs of your Mobile Operators products. • Communicate the specific Terms & Conditions of your markets to the Netsize Legal Department. • Be responsible for escalation of issues with Operators and Regulators as necessary. • Be responsible for managing the operator billing and payments, overseeing the ordering of services and ensuring our customers remain complaint with local regulation. • Represent Netsize, bringing your influence and knowledge to the Nordic industry bodies. • Act as a local Netsize expert on your area / market and collate business intelligence on the local market (penetration of VAS, size of the market in number of transactions & value, Netsize market share, usage per end-user…). • Provide regular Sales Training and information about your markets, hosting customer meetings with the operators if requested to promote your market. • Provide second level support for any questions on your markets. Skills This job requires the mastering of the technical elements of mobile billing, a good marketing expertise and an excellent sense of commercial business efficiency. You have a successful experience in marketing, product management or/and partners/clients marketing relationship management, in the high-tech/telecom/web/media services industry, preferably with WASP or Mobile Operators in an international environment. You should be numerate with good analytical skills and proficient in using such tools as spreadsheets and data query tools as well as MS Office and CRM. An excellent knowledge of Nordic Mobile Operators is required with if at all possible some knowledge of the Baltic operators. Preferably a business school or engineer graduate. You will need to have very good communication skills to adapt to the group European environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, as all the group communications are in English.
