Customer Account Administrator (Dutch speaker) at Hewlett-Packard
 Job Description

Your Activities 

• Provide daily operational support to clients, via telephone and email 
• Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing customer accounts 
• Manage and coordinate any order scheduling and prioritization requests with the supply chain organization in order to meet Client expectations 
• Manage inquires coming from Client and internal departments 
• Responsible for all orders and queries from the HP’s clients 
• Act as “one face to the Client” to ensure his satisfaction 
• Ensure close contact with country Sales team 
• Claims, Escalation & Controlling 
• Contribute in process improvement activities

Skills

• University Graduate 
• Basic PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge 
• Dutch & English at an advanced level 
• Ability to prioritize workload, and manage a high volume of work with accuracy 
• Excellent communication skills
