Job Description

Responsibilities: 
• Oversees the artistic design of web, print and advertising materials of the leading Bulgarian web company; 
• In charge of the creative decision making process and responsible for the quality of the finished product; 
• Demonstrates full understanding of web, interactive services, Internet marketing and branding, and oversees the briefing of the Design and Flash team leaders and teams; 
• Participates in client meetings and is able to sell creative ideas and services;
• Understands major businesses and advises on the best possible creative strategies; 
• Works actively with the Design, Flash and Internet marketing teams as well as with the Creative Strategy and Technical Consultants.

Skills

Requirements: 
• Exceptional creative conceptualisation and design ability; 
• 3-5 years of experience producing web, print or advertising projects in a lead role; 
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
